2016 season

Introduced 12 months ago the longer 10-15km run on Wednesdays at 7.15pm is going strong. We now cater to all standards in that group, but you need to be prepared to run on your own as the group can spread out. Tuesday night boot camp also going well. We run gently down to the outdoor gym in Battersea Park and then give our bodies a full workout in a structured manner. As a reminder there are no fees for any of our sessions.
